SaarLorLux Open, bella prestazione di Fabio Caponio

Con due sedicesimi di finale è terminata l’avventura azzurra al SaarLorLux Open 2018 in Germania a Saarbrucken.

 

Le prime a scendere in campo sono state Silvia Garino e Lisa Iversen che sono state fermate in due set (21-17; 21-5) dalle tedesche Linda Efler e Isabel Herttrich.

 

A seguire è stata la volta di un brillante Fabio Caponio che ha dato filo da torcere all’indiano Subhankar Dey, bravo a fare suo il match con un doppio 21-18.

 

Prossimo appuntamento per gli atleti senior negli Emirati Arabi Uniti per il Dubai International Challenge a cui prenderanno parte Fabio Caponio e Rosario Maddaloni.
