Yonex Italian Open 2026, Germania regina dei doppi

Si è concluso a Bolzano lo Yonex Italian Open 2026 con la Germania che ha trovato il succeso in due doppi su tre nelle finali.

 

I teutonici hanno centrato il successo nel doppio maschile e femminile. In entrambi i casi i successi erano assicurati prima del match, visto che le finali prevedevano un derby. Nel doppio maschile Marzuan e Sonnenschein hanno superato in tre set (21-15; 19-21; 21-17) Bourakkadi e Neumann mentre nel misto Voelker e Moszczynski hanno superato in due parziali (21-17; 21-13) Krax e Lehmann.

 

Nel doppio femminile hanno trovato il successo le inglesi Curtin e Tang in due parziali combattuti contro (21-19; 22-20) le olandesi De Wit e Jille.

 

Nel singolari sono arrivati infine le vittorie di Rajarajan nel maschile e di Bharath nel femminile. Nel maschile il danese ha vinto il derby contro Kauffmann in due set (21-19; 21-13) mentre nel femminile l'emiratina ha sconfitto l'indiana Gowdain in due set (21-19; 21-12).
