Netta vittoria e ottavi di finale conquistati per Gianna Stiglich in Polonia dove l'azzurra si è imposta in due set (21-10; 21-12) sulla lituana Vilte Paulauskaite e domani per entrare tra le prime otto del tabellone di singolare femminile sfiderà la polacca Kinga Stokfisz.
