Spanish International, Stiglich e Vittoriani agli ottavi

Si apre con due vittorie lo Spanish International degli azzurri a Ibiza. A centrare il successo sono stati Gianna Stiglich nel singolare femminile e Christopher Vittoriani nel singolare maschile.

 

L'azzurra ha sconfitto in due set (21-8; 21-16) la francese Marie Cesari mentre l'azzurro ha superato sempre in due parziali (21-12; 21-15) l'australiano Adam Dolman.

 

Vicina anche la terza vittoria, sfiorata da Enrico Baroni, superato soltanto al termine del terzo set (21-17; 15-21; 21-14) dal francese Enogat Roy, testa di serie numero tre del seeding.

 

Oggi Stiglich se la vedrà con l'israeliana Heli Neiman mentre Vittoriani sfiderà il transalpino Sacha Leveque.
