Welsh International Badminton Championships, al via oggi i tabelloni principali

Inizieranno oggi i tabelloni principali del Welsh International Badminton Championships che vedranno in campo 4 azzurri: Fabio Caponio (singolare maschile), Yasmine Hamza (singolare femminile) e Martina Corsini e Judith Mair (doppio femminile).

Fabio Caponio al debutto affronterà il malese Sholeh Aidil, mentre Yasmine Hamza se la dovrà vedere con la vincente del match tra l'indiana Samayara Panwar e l'inglese Pamela Reyes. Infine Corsini e Mair nel doppio sfideranno le olandesi Jaymie Laurens e Kelly Van Buiten.

 

Nella giornata di ieri invece Judith Mair non è riuscita a passare il primo turno di qualificazione nel singolare femminile venendo superata in due set (21-10; 21-19) dall'inglese Michelle Ting.
