Polish Open, azzurri fermati ai quarti

Si è concluso il Polish Open per gli atleti azzurri con entrambe le coppie ancora presenti nel tabellone principale fermate ai quarti di finale. Nel doppio femminile Martina Corsini e Judith Mair hanno ceduto il match in due set (21-18; 21-12) alle polacche Zuzanna Jankowska e Anastasia Khomich. Polacchi anche gli avversari di Gianmarco Bailetti e David Salutt nel doppio maschile, dove però gli azzurri sono andati ad un passo dalla vittoria, essendo stati fermati soltanto ai vantaggi del terzo parziale (17-21; 21-17; 22-20) da Robert Cybulski e Przemyslaw Szydlowski.
