Nel primo turno, Ade Chandra affronterà lo sloveno Petric mentre, Putro avrà di fronte il thailandese Vilailak. I due atleti saranno poi in gara anche nel doppio maschile, schierati al primo turno contro i tedeschi Holzer e Raphael.
