Maddaloni approda ai quarti di finale in Uganda

Rosario Maddaloni approda ai quarti di finale al Torneo Internazionale "Uganda International Badminton Championships 2012".

Dopo aver battuto al terzo set la testa di serie n.8 del torneo, il Ceco Jan Frohlich, con il punteggio di (21-17 19-21 25-23) supera con una prova di grande carattere negli ottavi lo slovacco Michal Matejka in tre set con punteggio (15-21 21-19 21-16).

L'azzurro incontrerà domani un temibile avversario, il portoghese Pedro Martins.

Qualificato ai quarti anche lo sparring della Nazionale Wisnu Haryo Putro che dopo aver sconfitto in due set (21-9 21-12 ) il brasiliano Daniel Paiola, testa di serie n.6 e l'ugandese Edwin Ekiring (21-11 21-5) dovrà incontrare la testa di serie n.1 l'austriaco Michael Lahnsteiner.
