Mexican International Challenge, Caponio ai quarti

Continua il percorso di Fabio Caponio al Mexican International Challenge, l'azzurro si è garantito un posto ai quarti di finale, superando in tre set (15-21; 21-16; 21-12) il kazako Panarin e oggi sfiderà il belga Fouyn.

 

Si sono invece fermate agli ottavi di finale Emma Piccinin e Gianna Stiglich superate rispettivamente dalla brasilia Vieria (21-14; 21-5) e dall'ungherese Sandorhazi (21-14; 21-8).

 

Oggi oltre a Caponio, sarà il giorno del debutto per il doppio femminile composto da Martina Corsini ed Emma Piccinin che se la vedranno con le giapponesi Kiyama e Yonemoto.
