European Under 17 Championships, Fellin e Izzo si fermano agli ottavi

Non basta una vittoria agli azzurrini Ruben Fellin e Davide Izzo per raggiungere il quarto giorno di gara degli European Under 17 Championships.

Fellin e Izzo hanno compiuto una rimonta importante contro gli scozzesi Lewis Smit ed Ewan Stewart riuscendo a ribaltare l’incontro sotto di un set (21-23; 21-12; 21-19). Nel match valevole per l’accesso ai quarti di finale gli azzurrini sono stati fermati in due set (21-12; 21-7) dai francesi Ewan Goulin e Swann Hardi.

Si è interrotto invece ai sedicesimi di finale il percorso di Sofia Galimberti e Anna Hell bloccate in due set (21-12; 21-16) dalle ungheresi Hedi Dorozsmai e Etekla Karalyos.
